Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Evaluation: $2,000–$2,500
This evaluation entails a clinical interview and a suite of cognitive, executive function, and personality measures. The executive functioning tests specifically assess attention and concentration. This comprehensive approach is helpful in diagnosing or ruling out ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. The report includes details from the clinical interview, validity of all measures, and cognitive and personality results. Additional mental health diagnoses are considered with appropriate recommendations made.
Autism Spectrum Evaluation: $2,500–$3,500
This extensive evaluation entails a clinical interview and a combination of cognitive, adaptive, executive function, and personality measures. Adaptive testing includes specific assessments for autism and daily living skills, while executive functioning tests assess cognitive flexibility and planning ability. This evaluation helps diagnose or rule out autism spectrum disorder, ADHD (if requested), and other neurodevelopmental disorders. The report includes information from the clinical interview, validity of all measures, and cognitive, adaptive, executive function, and personality results, with additional mental health diagnoses and recommendations made as appropriate.
Cognitive Evaluation: $1,500–$2,500
This evaluation involves a clinical interview combined with cognitive and personality measures to assess intellectual ability. It is designed to help diagnose or rule out an intellectual disability, while also assessing for additional mental health diagnoses. The report details the interview, validity of all measures, and the results of the cognitive and personality testing.
Giftedness Evaluation: $750–$1,500
This process entails a clinical interview and a cognitive measure to assess intellectual ability. It is particularly helpful in determining giftedness for academic settings. The final report includes the results of the clinical interview, validity testing, and cognitive testing. While clinical diagnoses are not typically made during this assessment, appropriate recommendations will be provided.
Learning Disability Evaluation: $2,000–$2,500
This assessment entails a clinical interview along with cognitive, achievement, and personality measures, plus executive functioning testing if necessary. The achievement tests specifically assess for learning disabilities, while cognitive measures assess intellectual ability. This evaluation is helpful in diagnosing or ruling out learning disabilities while also considering other mental health factors. The report includes information from the clinical interview, validity of all measures, and cognitive and personality results.
Neuropsychological Evaluation: $2,500–$4,000
This process entails a clinical interview, cognitive and personality measures, and specific assessments for memory or executive functioning (attention, concentration, cognitive flexibility, problem solving, planning ability, etc.) as requested or deemed necessary by your psychologist. It is helpful in diagnosing or ruling out ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and neurocognitive disorders such as traumatic brain injury or dementia. The final report includes a summary of the clinical interview, validity of all measures, and results for cognitive, personality, memory, and executive functioning assessments. Additional mental health diagnoses are considered, with appropriate diagnoses and recommendations made.
Socio-emotional Evaluation: $1,000–$2,500
This evaluation helps diagnose conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, antisocial personality disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Patients will meet with their psychologist for a clinical interview and to complete personality measures. These measures include validity profiles to assess honesty and disclosure, as well as objective clinical signs based on the patient’s self-report. After the evaluation, the patient will receive a full report and a follow-up session to discuss appropriate diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
